I am the author of The Story of Printmaking: A Global History of Art published by Yale University Press (2026). Artists on Art: How They See, Think and Create, is published by Laurence King (2022).

My newsletter Various Imprints is a monthly digest of all things art and print.

Contrary to popular belief I am not the world-famous author of The Spiderwick Chronicles.
